Starting therapy can feel daunting but you have taken the first step and asking for a help is a sign of strength. It is natural for it to be overwhelming or feel that is tough. Sometimes it does feel worse before it gets better, I know this being on both sides of counsellor and client, I fully understand what you are going through.
My aim is to provide you with a safe space to explore your situation, thoughts and feelings without judgement, whilst my approach is adaptive and tailored to you, the cornerstone of therapy is the therapeutic relationship. The key thing is you feeling comfortable working with me in therapy.
