Before starting therapy I offer an initial no obligation 20 minute consultation to ensure we are a good fit for working together.

• Video/telephone counselling- 50 mins- £50

• Counselling via messaging- 50 mins- £45

• Ad-hoc email sessions- £35 per month

• Concession rate- video/telephone counselling- 50 mins- £35

• Concession rate- counselling via messaging- £30

• Block booking discount available for video/telephone counselling sessions- 10% off (Standard rate)

• Concession rates available for students/trainee counsellors, low income and individuals in receipt of benefits.
